In 2014, my life changed dramatically. We became proud parents to our first child. We then went on to have our daughter and in 2021, our youngest.
These 3 small and precious human beings changed my perspective on human relationships and becoming a father became the new WHY in my life.
From that point onward, I wanted to provide more than, be more than- to ensure my children have the opportunities and choices to be part of a workforce that maximizes their potential, so they could be part of an organization that is the right fit for them and they a right fit for the organization.
And that is when Peerless Talent was born – a truly human organization!
