Job Summary

They seek a seasoned, bilingual Sales Representative with experience in medical sales to drive growth for our advanced cardiac device. Working remotely across Quebec, you will identify and cultivate relationships with medical professionals and clinics, educating them on the benefits of our device and encouraging referrals. This role combines hunting for new leads with managing ongoing relationships, making it ideal for an independent, self-driven sales professional adept at both new business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation: Proactively identify and engage with medical professionals, clinics, and other potential partners to introduce and promote our cardiac testing.

Education & Advocacy: Provide clear, persuasive information to doctors and healthcare providers to support them in making informed referrals for their patients.

Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with current partners, providing consistent follow-up and support to foster long-term referral partnerships.

Market Expansion: Drive business growth by exploring new markets and generating leads to expand the device’s reach within the Quebec region.

Qualifications

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare services.

Bilingual: Fluent in both French and English.

Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and convey the value of our product effectively.

Attributes: Independent, motivated, and resourceful with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Technical Proficiency: Familiar with CRM tools and comfortable with digital communication for remote client interaction.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 base plus competitive commission structure

Car Allowance: Provided
