Job Description:
They are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Coordinator to join their team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion. You will be the face of their brand, ensuring every client has a positive experience while also handling back-end tasks such as order processing, shipping and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Provide outstanding customer service via phone, and through email. Assist clients with product inquiries, styling advice, and resolving any issues.
• Order Processing: Manage online and in-store orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Shipping and Packaging: Help prepare and package orders with care, ensuring all shipments meet brand standards. Coordinate with shipping providers to track and ensure timely delivery.
• Customer Service: Address client concerns, process returns or exchanges, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Fashion Expertise: Stay updated on current fashion trends and their product offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills (e.g., order management software, email).
